We respect our customers' concerns about their shipment's whereabouts and value their trust. To address the same, we provide our customers with a real time tracking link for their consignment, which can be used to track the location, speed and estimated time of delivery of their goods.

In these busy times, to provide you with an easy, comfortable and quick payment process, we have integrated digital payments to our shipping service. Every vehicle is provided with a QR code, which can be scanned to complete the due payment. The whole process simplifies to:

• Asking the driver for the QR code
